for founders ready to hand us the first sketch
Tell us who you’re building for and where the work stands. We keep one project on the bench at a time, so the reply you get is a real answer — open dates, honest scope, no queue.

Pick whichever suits the moment. A phone call is best for scoping; email and the form are best when you’ve got a link, a deck, or a rough brief to share.

tell us who you’re building for
The more you can say about your practice and your timeline, the sharper our first reply. Nothing here is binding — it just gets the conversation onto the right page.
what to expect
Within two working days you’ll get a short reply — either open dates and a suggested engagement, or a few questions if we need to understand the scope first. When it’s a fit, a 50% deposit holds your slot on the bench.

coming out for a sit-down?
We’re a short turn off Main Street in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley, about forty minutes south of Missoula. Studio visits are by appointment so the bench is clear and the coffee’s on when you arrive.
for the first sit-down
three things worth bringing to the table
None of it is required to say hello — but if you’ve got these in hand, the first conversation goes from small talk to real work.
who you actually treat
A sentence or two on the patient or customer in front of you — their worry, their moment, the words they use. Provenance first; the drawing always comes after we know who it’s for.
where the build stands
Pre-launch, raising, already open? A rough timeline and any existing name, colors, or files. We’d rather refine what you have than throw good work away.
a few brands you trust
Two or three identities — in or out of healthcare — that make you feel something steady. They tell us more about your taste than any brief ever could.
